DOS is a cycling ride led by Dami Zupi and all supporters who want to contribute to raising awareness for the cause. As with any bike ride, other cyclists are welcome to join at any time and place. You can ride with Zupi according to your own preferences and abilities. Please note: the route is NOT closed to traffic.
Everyone who greets Zupi—or joins him for a kilometer or two—is expected to strictly follow all traffic regulations. You must be in good physical condition, capable of amateur cycling, and wearing a protective helmet. You ride at your own risk and are responsible for behaving in a way that does not endanger other road users. Accident insurance is mandatory for all DOS participants.
Follow Zupi’s location, ride behind him, and follow instructions from the crew accompanying the rider.
DOS is not a race, nor is it a leisurely sightseeing tour. The riding pace is moderate, with an average speed of about 27 km/h.
We kindly ask all cyclists to avoid littering in nature—please dispose of any waste at rest stops or in the support vehicle.
DOS takes place in all weather conditions.
Conditions of prize draws on social media and on the website dos-srbija.rs
Prize draws are in no way affiliated with Facebook or Instagram, nor are they organized or supported by them. Participant information is not shared with Facebook or Instagram but is collected by DOS. As the manager of the dos-srbija.rs website and the DOS Serbia Facebook and Instagram pages, all information received from participants will be used exclusively for the purpose of the prize draws. Facebook and Instagram bear no responsibility for the prize draws—the organizer is solely responsible.
Prize Draw Organizer
The organizer of social media prize draws (hereinafter referred to as “the raffle”) is KOLESARSKO DRUŠTVO DOS, Kočevarjeva ulica 2, 8000 Novo mesto, Company ID: 2707276000, Tax ID: 37932691 (hereinafter: “the organizer”).

- Conditions for Participation
Any natural person with a delivery address in the Republic of Serbia can participate. There is no age limit. Conditions are specified in detail in the organizer’s Facebook announcement. - Participants may enter the prize draw multiple times during the campaign, but can only win once.
The organizer will decide whether each participant has met all conditions for participation.
The winner will be selected by the organizer from among those who meet the criteria.
The selection will be made without public presence. The number of winners is indicated in the Facebook or Instagram post.
The prize is the product shown in the post. Winners will be selected using a free online random draw app, ensuring a fair and transparent process.
- Winners will be announced in the comments of the original prize draw post on Facebook or Instagram and in the stories of both profiles, no later than 5 business days after the draw.
Winners will be asked to provide their personal details.
Prizes will be sent via post or courier to the address provided by the winner and delivered by the sponsor. The winner is responsible for the accuracy of their details. The organizer is not liable for loss, damage, or delays caused by the delivery service.Exclusion of Participants
The organizer reserves the right to exclude participants if their comments contain offensive or inappropriate content.
Participation and Consent for Personal Data Processing
4. The organizer is the data controller responsible for the processing of participant data in connection with the prize draw.
5. By participating, the participant agrees to the terms and gives explicit consent for the processing of their personal data. This includes delivery of the prize, public announcements (name, surname, and location) on media, Facebook, Instagram, and the organizer’s website.
6. Winner data may be stored after the prize draw for legal protection purposes (e.g., legal claims, defense in lawsuits). Without this agreement, participation in the draw is not possible.
7. Consent for data processing per clauses 6.2 and 6.3 is voluntary and not required for other organizer services (e.g., product sales).
8. Consent may be revoked at any time by written notice to the organizer’s address or email (info@dos-srbija.rs). Upon withdrawal of consent for clause 6.2, participation in the prize draw will no longer be possible. Withdrawal does not affect the legality of prior processing.
9. The participant agrees that, upon expiration of the purpose or consent, their personal data will be deleted without further notification unless legal grounds require further retention.
10. Personal data processed for the prize draw may be shared only with Facebook and Instagram administrators for the purpose of public announcements and with the sponsor (name, surname, and location).
Income Tax Withholding
According to Serbian tax law, the winner is responsible for income tax. A 22% tax on the gross prize value must be paid before the prize is received. Additional annual tax obligations are also the winner’s responsibility. Before claiming the prize, the winner must provide: tax ID, personal details, and proof of tax payment. Prizes are taxed only if their value exceeds 5,000 RSD.
By participating, the participant agrees to possible changes to these rules.
Participants have no legal claim to the prize and cannot request an alternative reward. They are not obligated to accept the prize.
The organizer is not liable for any damages resulting from participation or technical issues with equipment or networks required for the prize draw.
